Only registered members will have access to the event. You are invited to register via the online registration form. The deadline for registration was extended to Friday, 5 March, 2021.

All presenters are advised to carefully check their presentation time and convert it to their time zone. Two parallel poster sessions will run every day and poster presenters should carefully check their Break Room.

Oral presentations should take a maximum of 13 minutes plus 2 minutes of questions. The schedule is very tight, so we kindly ask our presenters to adjust to the requested time.

Oral presentations for young scientists should take a maximum of 8 minutes plus 2 minutes of questions. The schedule is very tight, so we kindly ask our presenters to adjust to the requested time.
Instructions for the poster presentations:
Prepare your poster in landscape orientation, with dimensions in 16:9 PowerPoint format, as it will be displayed on the screen during the poster session. Please submit your poster before 5 March 2021 to sampleprep<at>enveng.tuc.gr as all posters will be stored in a Google drive folder. Read access to the folder will be granted during the meeting days to all participants.
